andoT instaes whh I believeould be done with the right groups. So it is very possible to main heal 5-mans on gear alone. However having a good groupan make or break ya. If the tankan't keep things underontrol and everyone is taking a beating then youan run into troubles with being able toast fast enough to heal everybody.
