After weeks of public testing, Blizzard officially launched the much-awaited v1.10 content and upgrade patch Tuesday morning. Weighing in at 24MB, the patch can be installed using World of Warcraft's built-in patching system, or downloaded separately via Fileplanet and other download sites. As has happened with several major WoW updates in the past, it turned out to be a rough launch -- servers were completely down for most of the day, well past the usual weekly maintenance times, and server instability remained a problem well into the evening (and still remains so as of the writing of this article).
